Exploring simple patterns in twill with a straight draw threading

9:30am-3:30pm (both days)

$130 + $15 materials fee (covers cost of yarn and handout)
Prerequisite: Weaving on a Floor Loom-Part I or the student knows how to wind and beam a warp, dress a loom, and weave plain weave.
Class limit: 4
Students will wind a narrow scarf width warp and learn to create patterns with basket weave, 2/2 twill, 1/3 twill, and broken twill on a straight draw threading. Once the students have learned these basic treadlings, there will be an opportunity for exploration combining these various structures and different weft colors to create their own unique patterns.
Bring a lunch and beverages. A microwave and refrigerator are available.

Your fee will be refunded if the class is canceled or changed to a different date. Three registrations are required for a class to be held. Students will be notified before the start date if a class is canceled due to an insufficient number of students. Eventbrite processing and credit card payment fees will not be refunded if a student cancels for any reason.
