Experience Level: Beginning Weaving-Part I or have some weaving experience
Class Limit: 6
During this two day class, you will have the opportunity to weave and complete a multiple weave structure “gamp” on a floor loom. The weave structures included will be plain weave, twill, overshot, rosepath, and huck. Under the guidance of the instructor, you will wind a warp, dress and thread a loom, build on your knowledge of reading and interpreting drafts, and learn more about various weave structures in the gamp.
This class is for those who have taken Beginning Weaving Part I AND/OR for those with some weaving experience OR for someone who hasn’t woven in a while and wants to get back into weaving.
Your fee will be refunded if the class is canceled or changed to a different date. Three registrations are required for a class to be held. Students will be notified before the start date if a class is canceled due to an insufficient number of students. If a student cancels for any reason, the Eventbrite and credit card processing fees will not be refunded.
